Each piece of personalized jewelry is handcrafted and custom-made based on our Customer's specifications. This means that our dedicated Production Team designs and handcrafts each personalized jewelry order as soon as it is placed on our website.

Our Processing Time is usually within 5 business days.

Economy Shipping time frame is usually between 5 and 9 business days.

You will receive your Order Tracking Number via email as soon as it becomes available. Simply follow the link to track your order from our facility to your doorstep.

We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry and want you to be satisfied with every purchase.  

Since all handcrafted and personalized jewelries are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned, we DO NOT accept returns on personalized jewelries.

However, for orders damaged during shipment or mistaken shipment, you can make a return for exchange or refund within 30 days or receipt of merchandize. We will make a full refund, except for shipping and handling expenses.

How to return your items:

1. Kindly send an email to customer-care@lazerpoints.com for Return Address and  Return Authorization Number within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. 
2. The return shipping cost will be borne by Customer.
3. 30% restocking fee will apply on all returned personalized jewelries.
