Returns and Refund of Non-Personalized Merchandise:
We guarantee the best quality and value for money on every item we offer our Customers.
But if you're not completely satisfied with a non-personalized order, kindly return it within 30 days of your order date and we’ll replace it or refund your purchase price.
Returns and Refund of Personalized Merchandise:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on PERSONALIZED items due to our automated lettering system.
If you have any doubt, please contact us before placing your order.
For orders damaged during shipment or mistaken shipment, you can make a return for exchange or refund within 30 days or receipt of merchandize. We will make a full refund, except for shipping and handling expenses.
How to return your items:
- Kindly send an email to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt for Return Authorization Number.
- Please return item(s) in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and invoice included (if applicable).
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date on your invoice.
- Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by Customer.
- 15% restocking fee will apply for all returned items.
- 30% restocking fee will apply for all returned PERSONALIZED jewelries.
- If an order needs to be re-shipped due to insufficient delivery information or incorrect address entered at checkout, a $15 correction fee will apply for all US orders.
- Sales items final.
