How to return your items:

1. Kindly send an email to customer-care@lazerpoints.com for Return Authorization Number.
2. Please return item in its original condition, along with a copy of your original invoice.

Please Note:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date on your invoice. 
2.  Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
3. The return shipping cost will be borne by Customer.
4. 15% restocking fee will apply for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
