But if you’re not completely satisfied with an order, you may submit a Return request through our website. Damaged, defective or incorrect products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of merchandize. Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included (if applicable). The return shipping cost will be borne by the Customer and a 15% restocking fee will also apply. Kindly send an email to customer-care@lazerpoints.com within 5 days of receipt, for Return address and Return Reference Number.
